From the app (immediate)
- Open FKram Connect and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. The account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Deletion is permanent. Your tickets can no longer be shown at the fair entrance.
Without the app
No longer have access to the app? Send an email to contact@fkram.com.tn from your account's email address, with the subject "FKram Connect account deletion". We delete the account within 30 days at most and confirm the deletion by email.
If you can no longer write from that address, mention it in your message: we will ask you to confirm your identity before deleting anything.
What is deleted
- Your profile information: name, email, phone, company, job, city, country, date of birth, photo, password.
- Your Google or Apple sign-in links.
- The contacts you swapped by QR code, both ways: you also disappear from other people's and exhibitors' contact lists.
- Your personal QR code, notifications, favourites and preferences.
- Your access to the exhibitor area as a team member.
- Your phone's notification token: you no longer receive any notification.
What is kept, and for how long

Contact details that an exhibitor has already exported on their side before the deletion are their own responsibility; you can ask them directly to erase them.
If you manage an exhibitor's profile, the company profile is not deleted with your personal account: contact us to transfer it to a colleague or remove it.
Delete only some data
- Profile information (phone, company, photo…): edit or clear it in Profile.
- Notifications and location: turn them off in your phone's settings.
- Other requests (for example, erasing a specific contact): write to contact@fkram.com.tn.
