Account and sign-in
I don't receive the email with the code
Check your Spam (junk mail) folder: the email comes from FKram Connect and may take a minute to arrive. Also check the address you entered, then tap "Resend code". A new code cancels the previous one. If you still receive nothing, contact us.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. Enter the code you receive (remember to check your spam), then choose a new password of at least 8 characters, with at least one letter and one digit. Your other devices are signed out for security.
Can I sign in with Google or Apple?
Yes. Tap "Continue with Google" (Android and iPhone) or "Continue with Apple" (iPhone). Your account is created automatically, with no extra password.
How do I change the app language?
Open the Profile tab and choose Français, English or العربية. On first launch, the app also follows your phone's language.
How do I delete my account?
Profile tab → Delete my account at the bottom of the screen. All the details are on the Delete my account page.
Tickets and visit
How do I get a ticket?
Tap "Buy tickets" on the home screen or open a fair, choose your ticket and book. Free tickets are confirmed immediately. Online payment for paid tickets is coming soon.
Where do I find my ticket on the day of the fair?
In the Tickets tab. Show the QR code at the entrance. It stays available without an internet connection, provided you opened the app once with a network connection after booking.
How do I find a booth?
Open the fair, then "Map": every booth is numbered, and search shows an exhibitor's location on the map. On site, allow location to see your position; it is never sent to our servers.
Are past fairs still visible?
Yes, they remain available in the archive (exhibitors, map, programme), marked with an "Archived" badge. Tickets can no longer be booked.
QR codes and contacts
How do I swap contact details with someone?
Tap "Scan QR" and point at the person's or exhibitor's QR code. You see their details before saving them; the exchange works both ways. Your own QR code is available from the QR icon at the top of the home screen.
Where do I find my contacts?
In "Contacts". Each contact shows the fair where you met, and every fair if you met several times.
The camera doesn't open to scan
Allow the camera for FKram Connect in your phone's settings (Settings → Apps → FKram Connect → Permissions).
Exhibitors
How do I access the exhibitor area?
Sign in with the email registered as main contact with the organisation: the "Exhibitor area" banner appears on the home screen. From there you manage your profile, products, participations and team.
How do I add a colleague?
Exhibitor area → Team (or the team icon on a participation) → add a member. If they don't have an account yet, they receive an invitation by email: ask them to check their spam if they don't see it.
How do I export the visitors I met?
Exhibitor area → Contacts. Filter by fair if needed, then tap "Export CSV". Use these contacts in line with the visitors' data protection rights.
