These terms govern the use of the FKram Connect app, published by 123 Consultancy on behalf of FKram — Parc des Expositions du Kram, Le Kram, Tunis, Tunisia. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them.
1. Purpose
FKram Connect lets you browse the fairs held at the Kram Exhibition Centre (programme, opening hours, exhibitors, map), book tickets, swap contact details by QR code and, for exhibitors, manage their presence at the fairs. The app is free.
2. Account
- The app is intended for adults. You create an account with an email address that you verify with a code, or with your Google or Apple account.
- You provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. Any action taken from your account is deemed to be yours.
- An account is personal: it may not be shared or transferred.
- You can delete your account at any time (how to do it).
3. Tickets and access to the fairs
- Tickets are personal and linked to your account. A ticket's QR code must not be copied or passed on: it may be refused if it has already been used.
- Free tickets can be booked while places are available. Online payment is not yet open; paid tickets are bought as indicated for each fair.
- Access to the fairs remains subject to the rules of the Kram Exhibition Centre and to checks at the entrance.
- Dates, opening hours and programmes may change; the app is updated as soon as possible.
4. Contact exchange
By scanning a QR code or letting yours be scanned, you agree to share your profile details with the other person or exhibitor, and to receive theirs. You see their details before saving them. Contacts obtained are for business relations linked to the fair: reselling them or using them for abusive canvassing or unsolicited mass mailings is forbidden.
5. Exhibitor area
- The person in charge of an exhibitor guarantees the accuracy of the information published (profile, products, prices, photos) and holds the rights to the content they publish.
- They are responsible for the team members they invite and for the use of the visitor contacts collected, in line with data protection law.
- The organisation may remove content that is inaccurate, unlawful or contrary to the fair rules.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- try to access data or features not intended for you, or get around security measures;
- disrupt the service (automated requests, deliberate overload, mass data collection);
- impersonate a person or an exhibitor;
- publish content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive or infringes the rights of others.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its brand, design and content are protected. They remain the property of FKram or their authors. Exhibitors' content remains theirs; by publishing it, they allow us to display it in the app for the duration of their presence.
8. Liability
We do our best to keep the app available and accurate, but cannot guarantee it will be entirely free of interruptions or errors. Information published by exhibitors is their responsibility. We are not responsible for commercial dealings between visitors and exhibitors.
9. Suspension and termination
If these terms are not respected, we may suspend or delete an account, after a warning where possible. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
10. Changes to the terms
These terms may change as the app evolves (for example, when online payment opens). In the event of an important change, you will be informed in the app before it takes effect.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Tunisian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution is sought first; failing that, the competent courts of Tunis have jurisdiction.
